What does WashStop do?

WashStop’s App allows you to schedule and pay for and wash & fold laundry delivery. Simply register by entering your address and payment information. You are now ready to have your laundry done at the touch of a button!


​What does "Wash & Fold" mean?

It means you never have to do laundry again! WashStop will take your laundry, wash & dry it at our facility, and fold it for you before wrapping it in special packaging. No more waiting for your clothes at the Laundromat or that dank room in your apartment building. You can turn your laundry room into a home office!


​How does the WashStop service work?

First, login to the App or Website and schedule a time for pick up. Gather your laundry and into a bag to provide to the driver.


​Do I have to be home to meet the driver?

You do not have to be home to meet the driver, but you will be responsible for the safety of your laundry. Feel free to leave your laundry on your porch, with a neighbor or door person, or anywhere else accessible to our driver. Please include this information in the “Special Instructions” on the app so our driver knows.


​What if my driver is late?

Your driver should arrive promptly at the scheduled time or call you to let you know he is running late.


​Should I tip my delivery driver?

If you like, you can tip your driver in the app when placing your order.


​How Does pricing Work?

Pricing, delivery fees, and minimum order amounts vary. That information is available on the app in the pricing screen.
